Agree co-agency terms
We agree commission allocation, responsibilities, client ownership and reporting in writing before any introductions are made.
Present the opportunity
Once agreed, ALSATEX presents the property to relevant brands or counterparties and coordinates qualified introductions and viewings.
Progress the transaction
We manage introductions and commercial discussions while keeping the originating agent informed through to agreed terms.
Propose a co-agency opportunity
Send us the property, mandate position and proposed basis of cooperation for review. No marketing, introduction or appointment is undertaken until the terms of cooperation have been agreed in writing.
